Over the past 20+ years in Human Resources, I’ve worked closely with C-suite executives, guiding strategic decisions and optimizing workflows. My expertise extends beyond corporate HR; I’ve also successfully owned and operated my own clothing boutique, giving me firsthand experience in entrepreneurship and the challenges of running a business.

 

Throughout my career, I’ve honed invaluable skills that set me apart—timeliness, organization, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to tackling complex projects. My diverse portfolio includes tax firms, interior designers, insurance providers, townships, and more, all of whom I’ve helped streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce overwhelm.

• Earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a Human Resources Certification from Central Pennsylvania College. 

• Serving as President and Board Member of Hillcrest Swim Club, leading operations and community initiatives.
